After their EU tour with Swedish Pain, Brother Firetribe invited on April 15, 2009 to a special concert at Apollo Club Helsinki, where the band recorded their first live DVD. Now almost a year later this DVD is finally available, together with this live CD, filled with songs that were played that evening, and listening to it you will also be affected by the good mood of the band.

People who visited this concert probably never noticed it, but you can hear clearly how much pressure was on Pekka Heino, to get it all perfectly, not only sound-wise but also visually, and that might have caused one, two blunders. But it is stuff like this that makes a live document likable, and the rest is sung perfectly, as to be expected from Pekka. As surprise guest you can hear Nightwish singer Anette Olzon at „Heart Full of Fire“, and luckily at least the beginning is actually in tune. Those two voices do not really accord, and you are missing those emotions which are expressed in the lyrics of this song, on the CD as well as on the DVD – which is not Pekka´s fault.

Otherwise the music is clean-cut and well-played, as always, and very powerful: those guitar soli by Emppu, those catchy Keyboard Sounds by Tomppa , the rhythms Kal byle and the bass by Jason round up a good album.
Finally you hear the Brother Firetribe hymn „I am Rock“, indeed a trademark song of this band. When you have seen this act live or even attended this very concert, you can surely just ignore those little glitches. Who wasn´t present should perhaps watch the DVD first and then listen to the CD, as you will notice the joy and pleasure that is radiated by the band during the show – and then you won´t even notice any bloopers.
