Northeners are rumoured to have a certain amount of melancholy. With the Norwegians of Delaware you can actually hear that clearly. „Lost In The Innocence Of Beauty“ is the second album of the band who believes that they don´t quite measure up to comparisons with bands like Coldplay. I would assert that there are certain similarities with above mentioned group or also partly with Placebo but this is not a bad thing. Melancholic without being depressive and always with a ray of hope – that´s how the album sounds.
So what can you do with this CD? You could sit next to your window on a uncomfortable, rainy day and listen to it thoroughly.
