The new album of the Swedes follows the older albums seamlessly – the new album also has brilliant melodies, hymn-like power metal – with here and there rocky passages in a technically perfected production. „Secrets“ is a fast opening song, „Blood Bound“ is an almost hymnical, majestic rock song. The new album doesn’t have a lot of faults worth mentioning; instead, the Swedes actually present a powerful record and with „Never Ever“ an almost kitschy, beautiful ballad. The twelve minute song „Knights Of The 21st Century“ is an epic crusher, on which the gentlemen are supported by Venom’s Cronos. All in all, „Chapter V“ is a proper power/heavy metal album, which will definitely appeal to the die-hard fans.
