Two years ago AHOLA released their first record, now just a few weeks ago their second album “Tug of War” was presented to the market. We talked to singer J.Ahola about the idea of “Tug of War” and also about the work as musician in general. Aittala: Some Wicked Effigy of Metal
No, it´s not Finnish: ´Aittala´ (pronounced ´eyetah-la´) was founded in Holland and is now based in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. This spring the band has been touring Europe, and only a few weeks ago they released their third longplayer “Effigy”, of which the video “Something Wicked This Way Comes” will give you some impression https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nq9pCxeUSRY. AL ATKINS formed a band... He called it... JUDAS PRIEST
While the Dinosaurs of Metal Judas Priest glimpse into the future with the theme of their new album "Nostradamus", STALKER looks back to the pre-history of the band: When singer Alan John "Al" Atkins teamed up with a certain K.K.Downing and Ian Hill in 1969, he suggested to call this new band Judas Priest (named after the Bob Dylan song The Ballad of Frankie Lee and Judas Priest), some years later Al was replaced by a certain Rob Halford... Now Al is back in the scene, with a band (HOLY RAGE), a CD (Sin Sessions "Demon Deceiver") and his autobiography "Dawn Of The Metal Gods: My Life In Judas Priest & Heavy Metal " (written with Neil Daniels) that will be released in autumn 2008 by Iron Pages. >> more/mehr

He began a cooperation with the prolific guitarist, writer and producer Paul May, and the latest result has only recently hit the market.
