On Broken Wings are from Boston. In their bio the band call the style of their music "mosh metal". That's a very good description. Simple, straightforward metal riffs with a good pinch of core. Jonathan Blake, the singer, screams/sings his way into the listener's heart in the different parts of the songs, sometimes growling and sometimes very melodic. 11 amusing songs that show all those wannabe metalcore bands how it's supposed to be done. Thumbs up!
