A good mixture is offered ont the second album of the German Mincrime! Traditionalists but also Metal fans of harder and newer music can cover one´s expenses with “Strandead” (finally a great wordplay, give one extra point), as the material bows between Medolic Metal and the harder Dark Melodic Metal. The 11 tracks therefore reminds one of bands like the In Flames subsidiary Gardenian or Dark Tranquillity at the beginning of the century. The fantastic keyboard accompaniment together with the clear vocals provide the sound of the five guys with the extra doses Power Metal.
