How does a 100 % Hardcore band feel being with a 100 % Metal Label? No idea, honestly, but I assume that they sometimes get some evil remarks from their Metal competitors, especially if this Hardcore band lives "straight edge". But this is bullshit in case of Since The Flood because they do their thing, just like the album title suggests, without compromises. This is half an hour of Old School Hardcore at its best. You can virtually hear bleeding noses and broken arms in the moshpit. Hardcore purists will definitely enjoy this album, a Metalhead, however, who accidentally listens to it might feel bored soon. Because very often those no compromise albums also go without variation and become slightly one-dimensional.
