Anvil, the stepchildren of Metal had –until lately- missed out on their renown, which they in fact earned and now they have come up with their 14th album. Lips –the man with a vibrator as a plectra as well as his men have poured out all of their ability into “Juggernaut of Justice” and delivered a brilliant album –much better known bands could take an example from this. Brilliant riffs, kick-ass drums, melodic, varying songs and -apart from two exceptions (“The Ride” and “When Hell Breaks Loose”) which were miles apart from the rest- bring the audience to wave their heads. There is also one song (“Fukeneh”) which really sticks in your head; “Swing Thing” is a tipsy, fun instrumental part and the voice of Lips is strong as ever on all of the songs –simply that, what one wants to hear. The only thing one can complain about is the overly long “Paranormal”, which gives the audience´s necks a bit of rest.
