Even through it might look that way, Grave Digger’s „ The Last Supper“ isn't a concept album about the death of Christ. Instead of this, the album contains 11, self-contained songs, which are offering fast and pompous Power Metal (only the ballad „ Always and Eternally“ is out of the ordinary).
Also, you don’t find bad songs on „ The Last Supper“, and either real hits. The only positive exception is the title track, „ Grave in no Man`s Land“ and „Divided Cross“. Apart from that, this record is only average. Especially the often-used keyboards take care, that the songs sound quite similar. Grave Digger fans will buy this long player, and they should do it without thinking.
