This power progressive metal band from Serbia understands it very well to challenge both melodically and technically the current famous progressive bands. Although Alogia represents a worth hearing alternative to bands such as Dream Theater because of its eastern sounds, it is still a to straight orientated power metal band. It has according to my opinion a rather straighter and less varied drive particularly the drums and the bass. Nevertheless, I liked very much the Dream Theater similar songcompositions which were touched by eastern sound. A marvelous alternation to the used progressive metal that is represented by many others. If one considers the fact that this album is the first volume of the band that was published, one has to respect the technical variety and ability of the band members. Result: Buy ´n´ rock.
