Who has missed the Bang Your Head!!! Festival this year has now the chance to get the “canned” version here. And who was there will surely appreciate this nice souvenir... about four hours playing time and featuring 21 of the 24 bands who played at the festival, this 2-DVD package comes with excellent sound and video-quality, documenting bands on the main stage as well as at warm-up club shows: Heaven & Hell (unfortunately only one clip as bonus track from another gig), Nazareth and Girlschool represent the classics section, and Vicious Rumors, Dark Tranquility, Thunder or Edguy manage to bring some festival feeling into your living room, and you feel that those 2-3 clips are not enough... a small comfort might be that you don´t have to suffer through the heavy rain that can be seen during the show of Wolf...
Extras and special features are clips of club shows and photo galleries. Who still cannot get enough should go for the Earbook Version (limited version, to be released January 17, 2008), with 3 DVDs featuring a bonus film, interviews and video material from backstage.
