For quite a while Desaster have been praised by colleagues from other Metal magazines, talking of Old School maniacs who are on one hand still deep in the underground and on the other hand produce great albums. Honestly, I see things differently, at least concerning the music. Those neck breakers created by this German band are quite average and pretty much alike. Just the title track of this new output sticks out a bit. The sound, too, is just average. Underground or Old School, guitars should have power, and growls are OK either, but there should be a bit more diversion! Otherwise fun does not last very long!
