In the last, let´s say, 1000 years the west has developed some kind of musical culture. Part of this is the standard of having compositions with elements like verse or chorus. This idea was developed by someone quite some time ago, and most people liked it at once, so this basic structure still exists today.

But here come War From A Harlots Mouth who do not care about the musical development in the last 1000 years. Songstructure? - What is that? Recognisable song elements? - Boring! Verse and chorus? - Can you eat that? Their Death Metal mix sounds sometimes progressive, then fast, then doomy and then again heavy. Diversity is nice, but without some kind of guideline it doesn´t work. In this way the songs have no identity and are interchangeable. What a pity, because those guys really know how to play their instruments. Maybe next time...
