There are samplers that are a must-have, and you cannot possibly go wrong. Die Krupps double CD, released in late 2007 to celebrate the band´s 25 years anniversary, is such an example. If you want to know more about the ancestors of Pain, Rob Zombie & Co. who were at least as influential as their German contemporaries Kraftwerk, and not only regarding the Electronic scene, you just have to get this one. Especially Vol. 2 picturing the band´s Metal years gives you an idea where e. g. Rammstein found some inspiration ("The Dawning Of Doom", "Black Beauty White Heat").
