Eight years ago the Band Aimee Cares was founded in a little Swiss village, and after long and intensive work their debut album „her golden age“ is released. Aimee Cares unite heavy guitars with a fine melancholic voice and are not afraid of various effects, synths and gear that makes weird sounds.
Singer and bass player Stefanie Buri surprises with a fine but also rocky voice that sounds like a mix of Guano Apes and The Gathering. Good sound and a lot of groove and diversity. Instrumentally you could have expected more, but this will be surely developed further on the next album.
Once again a great band from Switzerland. Checkt their tourdates!
