That traditional folk instruments are incorporated in heavy rock songs is nothing new. New is, however, the use of the Greek Bouzuki. What sounds at the beginning rather weird turns out, during the cause of the album, as a good thing and thus many of the compositions get a quite unique character. Harmonies that stick to your brain! Especially well done are “Back Home” and “My Saviour”, during the cause of the album, however, the hits get fewer and fewer. That´s what still can be improved! By the way, the guy behind the kit of this German-Greek-Polish band is no stranger: Christos Efthimiadis (ex-Rage, Running Wild, Sub7even). Timo Päßler

Another opinion:
This CD immediately triggers a certain Holiday-Beach-Party feeling, which might be desperately needed in Finland, anyway. The CD title means ”come and look at this, have a look at my world“ in Greek language, some Greek quotations and choruses are used in the songs, and there is another obvious reference to the sunny South: Bouzouki. This traditional Greek string instrument plays a major role in the appealing rock songs of TRI STATE CORNER and substitutes the lead guitar in many songs. Well, a bit odd, but it adds another attractive element to those 12 very earthy and melodic Hard Rock songs. Among the multi-national line-up, as hinted in the band name, you can find Christos Eftimiadis (Ex-Rage, Subseven) but he is not the only one in the band who knows how to kick ass.
