The promotion information describes the music of Akphaezya as ``unique and original``, a statement which I fully support. But actually these atributes are not allways positive for a band. So it is very difficult to get an access to the strange mix of Metal, Prog, Jazz and World Music. It would be much easier, if they would play more straight rockers like `the golden Vortex of Kaltaz` or `The Secret of Time`. But so it is very difficult to understand what the three guys and the girl are doing on their debut album. This is a pity, especially because they know how to play their instruments. Let us see, hoiw they develope in future…
