Mister ERIC BIBB recorded a Live-Album, which is not re-recorded and offers a real treat fans and the ones who want to be. A fabulous sound turns the 90 minutes on this 2 double-cd into a maximum musical enjoyment. ERIC BIBB is Blues and he shows this on LIVE À FIP. Not even melancholic, but soulful and some kind of warming, just like an good old scotch.
Beside his skills on the guitar and his charismatic voice, he also has got entertainer qualities and refers to the last American elections before he plays GOT TO DO BETTER and sings about social grievances and the like.
You do not have to be a huge blues fan to like LIVE À FIP- the great sound makes his record brilliant, beside the great musical skills of ERIC BIBB and the guys around him.
The first cd of this Twin Pack ERIC plays with a whole band, on the second disc he plays with his regular Drummer and Amar Sundy on the E-Guitar. There is a video documentary of this radio concert, with some performances of ERIC.
