Once again a Cd from Italy in my player, containing typical 80s Melodic Rock, the style you are familiar with because of all those other bands out there. Brunorock wrapped up pure AOR-Sound where guitars and keyboard have equal roles, which is characteristic for this style, as well as guitar riffs, drums and vocals. Almost every song provokes a comparison with another band. That´s not even something negative, because Brunorock adds it´s particular mark, just like with the AC/DC Cover „Touch Too Much“, yet still I prefer the original. And the instrumental „Forever Free“ reminds you a lot of „Down to Earth“ by Rainbow. All in all those 11 Songs are well done and entertaining, with „Painless Skies“ also a sentimental track is part of the collection. This CD is definitely something for all fans of AOR and Melodic Rock .
