A big punch in the face, this is what the third Album of SYCRONOMICA causes. The Sound comes powerfully from the songs pending between BORKNAGAR („Realm of dust and ashes“) and SATYRICON. Shouter Oliver grouls like no one else while drummer Michael punishes hit Drumming-kit, and the guitars vary between technologically advanced level and merciless butchery.
Seems not lke such a creative vocabulary for a review, but that doesn´t matter. The result is aproppriate and there are some good songs, spell-binding with their groove and brutality. If the songs are in german or in english is not recognizable and doesn´t matter anyway, you even get some exotic bonus in this case. „Sycroscope“
is fun to listen to and a solid black-metal album.
