Roughly descriped the sound of the four is Alternative Metal. Here and there a part „System of a Down“ then a swab of Grunge and a little bit „New Model Army“. At the same time you hear melancholic violence in the background that give the songs a pinch of Folk on its way.
The tunes are nearly brutal, rather awful noise takes care about flawless arrangements and various songstructures. For example on „Undo the undone“, where Hammond organs give you a splash Deep Purple, well done! Lots of other bands do it very similar but still Awful Noise have a big bonus. Their 2 frontmen Tino and Peter. In each of the 5 songs of „Reincarnation“ they compliment one another wonderfully. They sound melancholic and sad, sometimes even a little bit angry.
For this extraordinary sound adventure are not only the clear organs of those 2 guys responsible: The sorbic text parts suprise throughout their exceedingly melodic sound, that this almost forgotton language holds. Compared to the remaining english lyrics, this musically experience effects much more and it makes „Awful Noise“ to a very spezial band.
If the musicans can contribute a little bit more fresh ideas, it could be possible we will hear of them some. On their bandfoto the guys look good, so they can act in a video without getting complexes.
