Axel Rudi Pell is really someone you can trust. Meanwhile Mr. Pell recorded 14 albums, all of high to very high quality and all following a straight line. No experiments, no bullshit, but every new release sounds up to date and exciting. Luckily, it is the same with the new release of Axel and his guys. No matter if cool riff rockers (`Too Late`, `Devil Zone`), ballads (`Dreaming Dead`, `Glory Night`) or the well done sequel of `Oceans of Time`, `Dark Waves of the Sea`, the listener only finds high quality on this one.
Without dumping the work of the other participants, I would like to highlight vocalist Johnny Gioeli. It is really insane what power the smart American boy has in his voice. Incredible!
So ``The Crest`` is once again a must-have for stressed and always empty purses.
