One had to wait a long time for this album but now it is finally here. On February 25th, Voodoo Circle release their second album. Already their debut album Voodoo Circle was very well-received and therefore the expectations are high for the follow up record Broken Heart Syndrome. But the expectations are answered. The listener awaits an album full of passion, passion for rock music. Alex Beyrodt and his men present once again brilliant guitar riffs, unforgettable melodies and choruses that will be stuck to your brain for days.

Don´t Take My Heart is the absolute highlight of the album – a fast, rock song that simply blows you off your feet. This song will surely get you off your chair. It´s also very apparent that bands like Rainbow, Whitesnake and Deep Purple must have been a big influence for this album. David Readman (Pink Cream 69) sings every song in a different way and so, it never gets boring. You can hear that he has a lot of fun; he sings all the melody lines with such a passion, especially on I´m in Heaven.

A really great album but that could only be expected when you look at the musicians involved – besides Mat Sinner (Primal Fear, Sinner) and David Readman the band also features Jimmy Kresic and Markus Kullmann.
