Actually, Iīm not a huge fan of this singer/songwriter kind-a-thing and it gets even worth when the press release says something about pop, folk influences. But, already with the first notes, Claudia Rudek, armed with her western guitar, teaches me otherwise. Her music comes with an effortlessness that simply makes you forget the bad world around you. Even though, Mrs Rudek is maybe not the best singer, her voice is still very interesting and has a certain recognition value. The fifth song is sole instrumental piano strumming and, in my opinion, the record couldīve easily done without it. But all the other songs are easy-going and romantically inclined. Therefore, a great record to listen to once in a while to let oneīs mind wander and forget all worries.
