Somehow the Junkheads are a lot of fun. Musically they are on a simple punk level, but that doesn't have to mean it's bad, since these guys from Frankfurt definitely write more than average songs that don't just catch your ear, but are actually entertaining. Then there's the strong German accent in the singing. Now you can find that funny, but what isn't funny at all are the ehm, let's call them backing vocals, for lack of a better term. Live onstage, after a couple of beers (in the audience as well as the band) that kind of thing is excusable, but on an album you just can't do that.
