"Ham-and-eggs??" Yes right, the bandname refers to this British standard breakfast, and also musically those Croatians have a connection with the island mentioned. "Reset 2" reminds you right away of (classy) 80s synth pop in the style of Ultravox/Gary Numan, and the tracks that follow have perhaps something more of the US, namely Talking Heads or NIN (Milk With Satan). Cyber-Punk for a new generation, so to say, and this appeals also to a genre-outsider like me. Formed in autumn of 2008, they are now the first band to come in mind when it comes to Croatian electro scene and have been playing a string of live shows with bands such as Ladytron, Handsome Furs and The Young Gods. This EP Reset 2, following their first 7" vinyl EP Reset 1, features the catchy "Have a Nice Weekend", a quick tune with a Hives hit quality. Electro-fans should check out this one.
