NORTHUMBRIA came in as a real surprise. Their dreamy and wonderfully recorded EP (a cathedral in Canada was chosen for the live recording sessions) takes you to a very interesting place in Drone/Ambient music. In today´s musical times, where „faster, higher, stronger“ has become an unwanted dogma, NORTHUMBRIA really hit a spot for me.
