Quite a self-confident band name, but indeed, those guys are no beginners and can surely afford it. When reading the album title and noticing the lavish CD cover design - I was a bit concerned to find some kind of kinky Psychedelic-Prog I could not manage to listen to without the assistance of mind-altering substances... But what a positive surprise: cool Alternative Rock with some Punk or even Metal influences, but the main references could rather be found in the 60s, namely Beatles, Rolling Stones or good old Black Sabbath. Itīs a bit difficult to describe, as the band is using many ingredients that are found in the RockīnīRoll music kitchen, but the main focus is ROCK. If you enjoy bands like Kaiser Chiefs or Von Hertzen Brothers, you might also like this one. Some tracks are instant ear candy (Iīll Take You Through the Woods, One More Bend Once Again), but sometimes my attention level also drops a bit, as this is not quite my favorite genre. Still, I find this CD quite appealing and it will surely rotate in my CD player more often in the future.
