For almost 15 years, Finest Noise have released their very own sampler and so, number 29 already now rotates in my player and blasts into my ears. And those who forgot to submit their song to be included on the sampler still have many more chances to do so. Because every three months, a new one is published and every band can contact the label. If you fulfill all terms – yes, there are certain rules and FinestNoise pays some attention to lyrics, for example, which is entirely legitimate – then you have a chance to be immortalized on CD and show the world what you got. Itīs a great chance to be heard.

The music you get to hear on the sampler is really diverse, stylewise - sometimes very crazy just as some of the bandīs names. With such a huge number of bands, itīs pretty sure that you will like some and others not so much. I, for one, definitely, discovered a few gems. It starts with the first song by Pony Danceshow (Storm Red Red) - a mixture of Speed Beat, Trash Pop and Punkrock. Then Sunchair (Evolution) are really great, too, with their mix of Hard Metal, Neo-Thrash Metal. Supercobra (Garre,Yeah-Yeah) spread good mood with their electro guitar Kung Fu RockīnīRoll. If you look for a song to sing along, there is a great song about friendship by Antiheld (Das ist Freundschaft). And, last but not least, the only frontwomen on the whole sampler provides her powerful voice to the Alternative Rock of Inhail (Never ending way). Impressive! Iīm really wondering where all the other ladies are, rocking the microphone?

Want to listen to the sampler yourselves? Nothing easier than that. Just send a prepaid envelope to FinestNoise. You can find the address here: Or ask the bands directly and the sampler is yours.
