Steel Panther coughed up their fourth studio album, “All You Can Eat” and it´s pretty damn fun, if you´re up for that kind of stuff. First and foremost, it should be noted that Steel Panther is one of the many bands that make fun music and this means firstly that it is a thousand times better live and secondly, if you take music too seriously, you probably won´t like it.
There are a few songs that are simply perfect party music -the most obvious example is „Party Like Tomorrow is the End of the World”. There´s the obligatory ballad „You´re Beautiful When You Don´t Talk“ and tracks that are purely hilarious, like „Gangbang at the Old Folks Home“.
“All You Can Eat” pretty much does its job of entertaining the listener and showing that the dudes actually can handle their instruments. However, in the end this album probably won´t survive long in the player, as -due to some filler songs- it can´t reach their first album "Feel the Steel.“ On the next parties and sit-ins it will still surely spin a few hundred times.
