On your guinness, get set, go (part I): with their mixture of Irish folk and old school punk-rock - now and then spiced up with some powerful Amreican rock 'n' roll - this band of seven presents an original combination of old and new. The diversity of possibilities to combine transatlantic musical relationships really sticks out. The musicians cleverly lead the willing listener into their madness laced with romance one moment, only to properly rake him over the coals the next. The listener feels pushed back and forth between a western saloon, an Irish pub and the wobbly deck of a steamboat. If you like bag pipes and fast guitars, growling song and accordeon parts, don't hesitate to buy this album.
