Not much ado about this band recently, but with „Blood Sample“ the crazy Finns give another strong sign of life. This time big-time Rock´n´Roll. Rough, straight and snotty. Kärtsy Hatakka experiments much more with his voice (too much for me), but reduces atmosphere and pop to embrace Punk/Speed/Thrash, even attacks with a Black/Death Metal track („Exterminator Warheads“). Yet „I´m in Pain“ and „Pidgeons“ have ear candy potential. So Waltari are back!
