With „Thrown Off Balance“ has, according to the label info, a most active Death Metal band in the French underground released their first complete record. The 8, incl. one instrumental, songs are in the interface between Cannibal Corpse and Mortification, as to speak technical matured and demanding parts meets minimalism in the mid- and uptempo. Unfortunately are the songs sometimes to long-winded and don´t have the special something to don´t fall off in e.g. a 10 minute song like “Modern Times Syndrom”. At the end a solid debut with some space unused.
