People with a weak stomach better should not listen to this. Because with “Pimps of Gore” the Porn-Gore-Grinders of GUT show, that samples of films, mostly splatter and porno movies, can really be absolutely sickening. The singing, that sounds as if someone is spewing out his whole stomach, finally makes the listener run to the toilet. You cannot take this musical discharge for serious: the shortest song is six seconds long and the longest, almost reaching the four-minute-boundary track (“Strawsuckers”) starts with a porno intro, that will cause a smile on every face. Electro-guru Otto von Schirach joined the band on this title, but that does not change the fact, that the comical aspect of this record is higher than the musical one. The only really reason for spending money for this work may be, that the CD is limited on 999 pieces, while the vinyl version is only made 555 times.
