The four girls are from Great Britain and have released their first album entitled “Break The Silence”. The opener “Neurotic” sounds very promising, because a female voice that sounds this masculine can only be heard of Arch Enemy. However, McQueen are not as hard as the just mentioned, but nevertheless this record is full of hard rock. The tracks “Dirt”, “Running Out Of Things To Say”, which starts with much rock’n’roll, are well done. And although the title track begins very slow, the chorus consists of perfect screaming which reminds one of the girl-band Kittie, which probably known by nobody today.
The album contains ten title and due to the short playing time you get no pause.
Those four girls are not only able to play great music, but – important for the male readers – do also look quite nice. If this is no reason for buying it!
