Sonic Syndicate won a band contest organized by Label giant Nuclear Blast where more than 1500 bands had participated. And they are worthy winners indeed! This Swedish sextet convinces with heavy guitar riffs, catchy keyboards and clean vocals. In this case it is not just one-minded ruff-stuff but a delicate balance of power, melodies and ear-candy. Another reason why Sonic Syndicate seem to be a mixture of (contemporary) In Flames, Mnemnic and Soilwork.
