With acts like Gotthard and Krokus Switzerland gained the reputation as Hard Rock nation. Shakra follows this tradition, and their party mood is indeed infectious.
Inspired by Mötley Crüe, Guns’n’Roses and Bon Jovi, Shakra present a new generation of Rock Acts and refresh the scene. The opening "Make Your Day" is real ear candy, as well as "Inferno", the epic "Playing With Fire" and the sexy "Vertigo"; the latter explains why they were labelled "erotic Hard Rock".
Mark Fox is a great singer, and his charisma adds to those 13 tracks this particular something which makes Shakra unique.
Just in time Shakra give us here the perfect summer soundtrack, because this CD is just fun and really rocks! As mentioned above, the CD title says it all...
