As the tour 2006 for the Mourning Sun album was cancelled, the Fields seem to travel around the world since setting off the "24th moment! on May 2007. The fan community follows thoroughly every hint on the band website not to miss the next show, because also in this matter the Fields keep it secret for a long time. First London, then Finland and now Poland. There are only rumours of following tourdates, until the official confirmation appears only a few weeks before the show on the band website.

When the Fields played in Warsaw, nobody was particularly interested in the opening acts. Inside the club I met mainly Goth fans, dressed in black, from all over the world and could talk with people from England, Finland, Spain, Germany and naturally Poland. Also the club management was very friendly and helpful.

The show began at 21:30, and what struck us first: The line up had been changed again. Since the show in London the Fields have been displaying different musicians at every concert, and itīs remarkable that they always just changed the guitar player.

This time the fans could see Lee Newell (drums), Gav King (guitar), John Carter (bass) and as new guitarist Tom Edwards.

After the opener "Shroud" and "Straight to the light" they performed "Zoon III:Wake world", "Penetration"... after that the classic "Dawnrazor" and in order to give us a break, "Requiem (Le veilleur silencieux)", followed by "Xiberia (Seasons in the Ice Cage)" and finally "Last exit for the Lost". Encores were "Moonchild" and "Mourning Sun".

No trace of violence during the show - it seemed as if a huge family had gathered. And also the classic stage diving that you know from Metal-lic performances was entirely omitted, well, almost entirely... the gig lasted only 75 min, unfortunately. Compared with the long trip that many fans had made, some found it way too short, but some spoke of the "best Nephilim gig" ever...

And right afterwards, March 21 and 22, the band played again in Greece, Athen, two shows at Gagarin 205 Club where they even gave this classic longed for by many fans: "Wail of Sumer/AYHWBA"!

The gig in Germany has also already been confirmed, at the "WAVE-GOTIK FESTIVAL 2008" in Leipzig, sunday night, May 11 at Main Arena. Don't miss it.
