A nice thing! The Hellacopters once again delivered a solid show, and this although their keyboarder had some problems to defend his instrument.
The Molotow is not very big, and maybe it would have been possible to choose a bit bigger venue, as it was more than sold out, which resulted in that all the time someone was pressed against the speakers, or even against the keyboard. Irritated but willing they continued playing.
The setlist was quite varied and comprised aside some songs of the current album also many classics. Opinions differ concerning the songs of the new album, but live just like on the album they just sound much softer than the older stuff.
The sound was ... well, we are talking about the Molotow, but thinking of, that there never is any ideal sound here, it was really good. After three encores - „By The Grace Of Good“, „Like No Other Man“ and „Kick Out The Jams“ – they ended the gig after good an hour, and a totally sweaty, but happy audience was kicked out by the security.
