Considering that the movie is „Predators”, the expectations are obviously low, but a look at the names involved gives a different story. Involving an Oscar winner, Adrian Brody, and risen star Robert Rodrigues, one automatically sets the bar a bit higher and the expectations are fairly fulfilled in the end. The movie takes place on an alien planet, where a group of soldiers, murderers and miscellaneous killers find themselves being hunted by alien hunters. The plot is not necessarily the most original one, but the actors play their roles believably. An action movie packed with special effects and blood rarely gives actors enough room to show off their skills, but the first two predator films pale in comparison. Putting aside all notions of camp and nostalgic values, this film could be considered the best of the series of Predator films. Furthermore, I would recommend this film to each and every person, who can appreciate action/thrillers.
