I admit that what these Belgians have concocted here isn't entirely new or unique, but it's very bloody good! the Sons of Jonathas beat away old school death metal style. They never lose the groove, though. Where other bands like Morbid Angel and Cannibal Corps stand out because of unusual song structures and technical performance, this is just a fist to the face, but an excellent one at that.
