The rock elite releases their records this year, it will be hard to name the Number One, but for sure The Poodles and „Tour de Force“ will be on my best-of list. The Swedes release with “Tour the Force” their fifth studio record. And after their hit album “Perfrmocracy”, the pressure was high to produce a worthy sequel. But the guys step it up right from the first track “Misery Loves Company” and they keep doing it throughout the entire record. But of course also the heartbreaker moments won’t be missed,, “Leaving the past to pass”, a really nice piece with strings in the background. The cd should have something for every rock taste and can stand the pace to the predecessor. A awesome record which couldn’t be better. On the physical edition you can find a bonus track, the title song of the ice hockey WM this year in Stockholm, for which the guys recorded “En För Alla För En”.
I can’t wait to see the guys performing live and on their tour they could take along Stala&So as a support act. This would be the perfect Glam/Rock Duo for a European tour.
