The Hardrock veterans from Quiet Riot offer after four year now again a studio album. “Rehab” contains twelve tracks which are more or less hard rocksongs. So “Blind Faith” has become quite soft, “South Of Heaven” reminds on enormously of the song “Dead Or Alive” by Bon Jovi and “Old Habits Die Hard” can measure itself with old Deep Purple classics.
What is missing on this record are the ideas, because most of the songs sound as if you had already heard them on the radio. Then you realize that this is supposed to be new stuff and your are disappointed because you had expected more.
If Quiet Riot are able to continue their past success is not really clear after the release of this uninspired and boring record.
