Paradise Lost shows are always a great experience, but the last gig at Markthalle that I attended for you it was quite different. It took me about 50 days and many hours in therapy sessions to find back to reality. That is also the reason why this review took a while. Whatever, here it is:
Paradise Lost have been around for more than 18 years and released many great albums, including the last one named „Paradise Lost“ (which can truly be called a metal masterpiece). And they still sound fresh. When the band came on stage you could feel their enthusiasm and energy that have not changed throughout their career. They enjoy playing live and proved their point once again, with an excellent playlist including their new and many old hits. The audience cheered in euphoria, and it is impossible to describe what was going on in the venue. You just had to be there, too! So don't miss your next chance to see the band on stage! (I just feel quite euphoric again... I got to get back to therapy...)
