Those who have to think about the singer’s name will soon realize that here Will Smith’s wife Jade threatens the ears of the listeners with her unconventional singing. Already the opener “Yesterday Don’t Mean” is surely no title for recommendation. The bad singing, in which hardly one sound is right, hurts your ears and melody there is none. Also the following titles are somewhere between American Hip Hop, Nu Metal and Hardcore. This is no mixture which will please everybody, but some more musical aesthetic feeling the musicians should have. The ten tracks want to be simply loud and evil, but they are boring and annoying.
Although, as you can read in the band information sheet, Ozzy’s wife, Sharon, did really like the music of Wicked Wisdom and invited the to the Ozzfest, this does not seem to be a guarantee for the music’s quality on CD.
All in all a record which cannot be recommended, despite the nice song “Bleed All Over Me.”
