´Harsh words Erwin´ - just to discribe with a movie-quotation, what STÖRTE PRIESTER have to say on ´Gnadenlos´ (mercyless) - because the guys are angry. 14 tracks that criticize the institution church and the double standards of society. Musically and also vocally STÖRTE PRIESTER remind you of ´Böse Onkelz´ (former german Deutsch-Rock-Band), but there is an important factor different to B.O. : STÖRTE PRIESTER actually keep and always kept distance to nazi scum.
It is very good to do this, because a couple of people still link ´Deutsch-Rock´ with Fashism.
Back to the record: A positive aspect are those 14 tracks - a real longplayer, and the guitars are loud, just as they should be, and in ´Deutsch-Rock-manner´.
It is difficult for me to give more than 6 points for ´Gnadenlos´, because the musical relationship Iwit B.Ö. is too obvious. But I am sure, that the listeners who love B.Ö. will like STÖRTE PRIESTER. So, ´Deutsch-Rock´-fans, listen to this record!
