7 deadly sins: The Anatomy Of Frank
The Anatomy Of Frank came to my attention last November at Iceland Airwaves. I instantly loved their sound and their passionate live shows. So much, that I wanted to introduce them to the world, with the help of singer and guitar player Kyle Woolard (read the full interview here ).

7 Deadly Sins
Lumi – frontman of Aberrant Vascular and Severnaja

Oh, this one won’t be easy. We have done many of this concept interviews before, but unlike the usual discussion on the idea of sins, this one is something else.
With Finnish precision and short-wordiness, yet with a lot of deep thought behind it all, Lumi commented on the 7 Deadly Sins. Lumi (translated from Finnish, “snow”) is the voice and lyrics behind two Finnish bands: post-apocalyptic Severnaja and very avant-garde and indefinable (our current Fresh Act) Aberrant Vascular. Both bands are still unknown and unsigned, but both are very much worthwhile hearing – different, deep and very memorable, unlike anything else you’ve heard from Finland before. You will have it on repeat, if you hear it once. I promise you that. Classic opera vocals, mixed with metal and electro and much more. There is a lot more to it than meets the eye, or the ear, at first try.

Lord of the Lost and the 7 Deadly Sins
Lord of the Lost´s live performance screams SINS all over the place! There are lusty steamy bodies, smuged in black grease, there is passionate anger, drive and it makes you greedy and hungry for more. No matter how much stage time they had, you´d think it was too less. So which sin can it be that has most control over them? And which one sin would he absolutely never commit? They are on a hunt, but what for? And what is it about honesty in the tough music business, which in itself, is full of sins in every shape and form?
