Private Line: Finnish Democracy?
Boyband or not? This is the question everyone has to answer for him or herself when it comes to the Finnish band Private Line. But in one point everyone has to agree, these guys know how to rock. No matter if it´s a groovy rock song or a heart-melting ballad they always put all a lot of feeling into their songs. During the Trash Fest II in Helsinki we met sweet Rock´ n´ Roll guitar hero Jack and talked a bit about Private Line´s next plans and the upcoming record! >> more/mehr

PROFANE OMEN: Solid gold in their hands
For the Finnish Death´n´Roll veterans Profane Omen, 2011 is a promising year. After fighting their way up high to the Metal-Olympus for 12 years, releasing 2 official albums (Beaten Into Submission 2006; Inherit The Void 2009) and 1 EP (Disconnected 2007) and being nominated in 2007 the “Newcomer of the Year” at Finnish Metal Awards, they´re now in studio recording their 3rd album, to be released this autumn via Spinefarm Records. STALKER talked with the vocalist Jules Näveri on the phone about the new deal and the recordings. Soon you can check out those guys also live, e.g. at Myötätuulirock Festival in Vantaa (17.-19.6.2011).

Project Hate MCMXCIX, The - their modest goal: world domination
The first thing which comes in my mind, talking about The Project Hate MCMXCIX is the high geared Christian hate of Lord K., and the sad fate of their producer Mieszko Talarczyk. Limiting this band to that and the fact that they are a well done random all-star band, would be insufficient. The STALKER talked for you with Jörgen Sandström (singer & co-founder) about those and other topics to get some more out of this unusual band. >> more/mehr

PTSD: “We are grateful that we can do what we like best!”
Although the band name refers to a disorder, the music of PTSD causes no negative effects whatsoever, it´s even the other way round. STALKER.cd found those Italian´s latest album absolutely refreshing for the auditory tracts, and also the rest of the body, therefore we had to find out more about this act that was founded back in 2005. And indeed lead guitarist Yorga has a lot to say about split personalities, horror movies and Bonsai tree cultivation.

Pussy Sisster: It Will Pay Off in Bed
A German reality tv show gave this band some well-deserved attention but not everyone granted them their success. The whole band appears very likeable from the first second on, however, it is manager Chris, who does most of the talking. No trace of airs and graces anywhere. Finally, a rocknroll band from Germany that delivers real American music that rocks. Before their gig in Switzerland, Marc O., Mr. Coma, Alex Sex, Vital Roxx and their manager Chris Nad took some time to introduce the band properly. >> more/mehr
