Back to Rock happened in Swiss Reiden for the third time. Due to the moving to a bigger area, more stands and bands, it turned out to be a real small-size Open-Air. The Blue Rockers club, who organized everything, tells the story like this:

Once again we make our way overland to Reiden and still with the same old car. The one that gets wet inside when it rains, that has the windows freeze from inside in winter and when you try to go uphill you feel like you have to push it from behind. Back To Rock Festival 2008
Reiden
Again Reiden invited to the Back to Rock Festival: 2 days filled with good Music, Air guitar contest, market and Signing Sessions with all the bands. As the previous area wasn´t available, it was back to the roots, a smaller location with a big tent. Luckily, as the weather on Saturday turned out to be bad.
As in the last two years the Back to Rock festival had been a wet affair and there was trouble not only with the weather but also with lesser audience numbers, the Bluerockers decided on a smaller party in a more familial atmosphere with just Swiss bands.

Badia
This year Badia Rocks festival in Badia-Abtei (Italy) had its tenth anniversary. Because I had been to Summernights festival the day before, I could stay in Italy only for one day and I missed e. g. Rage and White Skull. The festival counts with its about 400-500 visitors to the smaller ones, but that doesn`t mean anything.
