German Hardrockers BERSERKER will donate 18.000€ to the Berlin cancer charity for children on May 25. November 2011 BERSERKER front man Schröder was diagnosed with cancer, now he is cancer-free. In 2012 the band collected money for this charity at their concerts and will also continue to do so in the future. Slayer´s Jeff Hanneman is dead: he passed away at about 11AM on May 2nd near his Southern California home because of liver failure due to an infection after a spider bite. Instead of a "normal" album with a number of songs they created a concept album, similar to an Opera or a Musical, separated into 43 parts. Naturally such an album isn´t quite an easy going lullaby. Sorry Biggy, but you need more cords. The simple fault of the music in question here is lack of variety and an awfully boring sound –that does however show some potential. Playing with three or four chords through a whole album and making it a tight fit would be an awesome feat, but this time it just didn´t happen.
